4th Way Fulfillment provides Order Processing and Fulfillment Services for small to medium size catalogs or internet retailers or business-to-business "e-tailers." Our business model is focused on a service solution for the company that hopes to outsource the entire "backend" operation of the sales transaction into a personalized boutique atmosphere. Our intent is to provide an informed and knowledgeable sales experience for your customers with genuine concern for creating a "satisfaction guaranteed" result.

We were founded to free your key employees, and yourself, to do what you do best -- merchandise and market your products, with the assurance that orders will be received and processed promptly and correctly with common courtesy. We will treat our customers' customers as if they are our own…. because they are! 

4th Way Fulfillment founders, Sharon Wilson and Sid Elsehamy, have collectively run support organizations and small businesses selling to retail stores, catalogs selling to consumers, internet businesses selling to both consumers and business-to-business, warehouses providing critical path supplies, etc. They bring those experiences to building 4th Way Fulfillment into a service business built on sound principals of customer satisfaction.

We have two rules of customer service:

Rule One - The customer is always right.
Rule Two - When in doubt, refer to Rule One.

Our understanding of these principals is reflected in the name we gave to those who answer the phones to interact with your customers... "Customer Care Representatives."
