Your customer database is warehoused in our Order Mate Pro System, a secure and proven order processing system being used by multiple, successful catalogers and e-tailers.   It has been adapted by its originators, Tamalpais Technologies at the specification of our Chief Operations Engineer for a multiple customer, fulfillment house environment, and linked with shipping management software to provide maximum flexibility and reporting accuracy.

The database is an ODBC compliant proprietary system built on FoxPro Database Tools, and can be custom interfaced with your websites' SQL databases and/or shopping cart for a cost effective solution to interfacing front end and back end.  The data and software are housed on a Compaq Proliant Server running Microsoft NT Server with a ten disk "hot swap" array, a 24 hour instantaneous tape back-up system and both NT and Windows workstations for reliability, flexibility and speed.

Your existing database can be imported and used to provide historical information for reports if desired.  Services include:
