- Receive and record orders and/or requests for information and literature received via mail, phone,
fax, or download
- Data entry of mail orders and requests
- Credit card processing and record and bank check deposits if required
- Handle returns, exchanges and other customer service requests via phone, mail, and email
- Warehouse product with automatic low stock, back-order and re-order designations
- Pick, pack, and ship orders via customer designated carrier
- Provide reporting and analysis on all sales and inventory movement activity
